Marilyn Procaccini has over 15 years of Human Resources management experience with an expertise in Executive Recruiting. Her 15-year career with General Electric included Recruiter, Staffing Manager, College Relations Director, Trainer, Compensation and Benefits and Human Resources Generalist. While at GE she developed an expertise in recruiting and interviewing senior level managers across functional disciplines. She is a certified Behavioral Interviewing Trainer and has expertise in HR due diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions. Marilyn is also a certified Facilitator with expertise in Work-Outs, CAP (Change Acceleration Process), Process Mapping, Strategic Planning and Training. Marilyn is also Six-Sigma certified as a Green Belt and led the efforts for numerous projects while at General Electric. |
